Akcigit named to the IMF Managing Director's Advisory Council on Entrepreneurship and Growth.

The International Monetary Fund announced the inaugural Advisory Council on Entrepreneurship and Growth, convened by the Managing Director. Prof. Ufuk Akcigit joins as the academic voice on a council otherwise composed of business leaders and policymakers.

Council members include Marc Benioff (Salesforce), Ana Botín (Santander), Natarajan Chandrasekaran (Tata Sons), Tony Elumelu (Heirs Holdings), Federico Sturzenegger (Argentina), Robert Smith (Vista Equity), HRH Ambassador Reema Bandar Al-Saud (Saudi Arabia), and Margherita Della Valle (Vodafone).
